Leah Santos cofounded Imobilia Real Estate and Renter’s Café in 2008. She has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in luxury homes and condos in South Beach. Recruited at 22 to head The Limited and later the Victoria’s Secret stores, she has 8 years of leadership experience at several retail corporations, including merchandising management and sales. Ms. Santos consistently ranked top 5 in the country in units per transaction/ sales volume. She finally decided to dedicate to her ultimate passion - real estate investing. Since then she has created a large sphere of influence and tangible contact relationships. She is the head of the short sale department, and has negotiated over 50 short sales with lenders to date.

Mario Rodriguez has sold over 1000 HUD, foreclosure and waterfront homes and bought and sold as an investor hundreds of distressed properties throughout Dade and Broward. He specializes in identifying, analyzing and acquiring distressed properties. Mario has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry, formerly a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Barry University and a Masters in Accounting from Florida International University.
